Loving mother and mother-in-law of Debby and Tom Jacobs. Cherished Baba of Shannon and Sean, and Lucas and Erica, and Big Baba of Alexis, and Taylor. Special thanks to her caregivers, Judy, Anna, and Philomena. The brightest light in our lives will be diminished by your passing.
