Suddenly on the 10th of April, 2019, Daniel Gary Cohen, lover of music and film, soulmate, husband and best friend to Rose Sarino-Cohen, loving and loyal father of Madelene and Samuel, eldest son of Sam and Sophie Cohen, devoted brother to Jason and Alix (Delaney) and Mitch and Jeff, brother-in-law to Gus and Cathy (Stephanie and Michael) and loving son-in-law to Anthony and Ricky.

Memorial donations may be made to Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation 416-340-3935 or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation 416-489-7111.

The burial will take place at Pardes Chaim Cemetery, 11818 Bathurst St., Vaughan.

The Shiva will be observed at 14 Tullamore Dr., North York, M2L 2E8.

Yahrzeit Day: 5 Nisan

Date of Funeral: Friday, April 12, 2019

Time of Funeral: 1:30 PM

Memorial Service Location: Steeles Memorial Chapel Service

Burial Service Location: Community Section - Pardes Chaim Cemetery

Shiva Details: Shiva visits Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Monday to Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shiva concludes Tuesday evening, April 16th.
