Dear Tammy and family, When our family gets together, it is rare that we do not talk about Yehuda and sing some of his songs. He was a great teacher and a motivator of all our boys. Now his ordeal is over and you all must face your own without him. May haShem grant you the strength of his spirit, to remember him and to carry on his good works. HaShem yinachem. Tammy Gilden and family, so sorry to hear about your dear husband and father Yehda Gilden zl. I hope Hashem comforts all of you amongst all the other mourners of Isreal. . He had the face of a tzadik. many people spoke about how wonderful he was with his students teaching them music and how talented musician and composer he was.. I saw when your son sang at his concert that night just short time ago, how his eyes seemed to light up as he heard your son sing a song that your own husband composed. You are a special family.

Tammy: I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Yehuda. You were an incredibly devoted wife and helpmate and through all the years of his illness..you were a steadfast rock and maintained an upbeat persona. Hashem will reward you and your kids for your kindnness and your chesed and respect for your beloved Yehuda of blessed memory. I'm glad that I got to see you and some of your kids and meet them as adults. I'm sorry that I missed Atara by a day...it would have been good to have given her a hug and my condolences. I'm glad that your kids are a source of nachos and I know that will help to sustain you at this time and for many years after till 120 with Hashem's help and mercy. May you be comforted with all the mourners of Zion and Yerushalayim and know no more sorrow. My love to you and know that you can call upon me anytime. Janice Lebow
