Faye Reva Black (née Schwartz)March 6, 1948-July 31, 2015.

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Faye. She was deeply devoted to and much loved by her family. She is remembered for her opinions, sense of humor, and commitment to maintaining strong connections to extended family and friends.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, bubie, daughter, aunt and cousin. She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband and companion of 43 years, Ian, and her children, Shane and Riva, and David and Sara. She was a loving bubie to Samara, Zachary, Jordyn, Cody, AJ, and Joely. Youngest child of the late Louis and Pearl Schwartz and sister to Leon and Gail, Cecil and Linda, and Macey. Our family is forever grateful to her loving care givers Rezie, Jane and Aileen for their devotion and compassion. Services will be held at Steeles Memorial (350 Steeles Ave West) on Sunday August 2nd, interment will be at Pardes Shalom Cemetery, Beth Tikva Section. Shiva at 28 Shalom Aleichem Court, prayers in the evening at 8pm. Visitors are welcome daily 1-4pm and 7-9pm and will conclude Friday morning.
