Myrtle Gilson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother passed away on January 24, 2016. She is survived by her husband Jack (Las Vegas) and children Debra (Las Vegas), Ileen and Stephen (Toronto), Howard and Shawna (Los Angeles). Her four grandchildren Sherri, Brian, Justin and Garrett will miss her very much, as well as her brother Stephen Rosenberg. Myrtle had a zest for life traveling and living throughout the States. Myrtle’s love of life helped her fight a year long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Maidenberg and her parents Betty and Jack Meirovich. Myrtle’s Shiva will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 and Sunday, January 31, 2016 at Ileen’s home, 6 Janesville Road, Thornhill, Ontario.
