On Friday, August 11, 2017. Tibor Imre Barsony. Devoted husband of Mary. Loving father and father-in-law of Julie, Rob and Arnt. Dedicated Zaidy of Mitchell and Vanessa, Evan, and Daniel. Proud Great Grandfather of Lillian. Adored by older brother Paul and younger sister Olga. Predeceased by brother Peter.

Blessed with the fullness of life as the patriarch of our family. He will be sadly missed by those who’s lives he touched.

I greatly admired Tibor as a courageous, fearless, and tenacious leader and trailblazer. He helped more people than he will ever know. I wish to express my sincere condolences to your family at this time. It is with a heavy heart but fond memories that I think of Tibor. As a young executive at casino Windsor, I worked with Tibor putting into place Ontario's first RG program - he was a dedicated tenacious and passionate champion for RG. I valued his pragmatic, and wise advice. Over the years, we enjoyed many conversations, meetings conferences together and i recall vividly the day we were golfing and he made a hole in one!
