Dear Friends, We deep sorrow we received the news of the passing of your beloved Father. We will remember him fondly for his Hessed he did to the Toronto Community and specially to my Father Z'L when he passed away in 1981. He was a big support to me during the shiva and the next months. Dearest Louis, Leon, Joe and Pressi Words will never be able to comfort all of us on the loss of your father, a tremendous pillar in our community. For the nearly 50 years+, northern Sephardic community of Toronto owe our connection to our Tradition and connection to Torah to your father, me included. It is with extreme sadness that we learn of the passing of our Dear Moses. Dear husband of my first cousin Marie who left us so soon. Moses and Marie the epitome of the very best of deeply Jewish couples, their lives around a wonderful family, children raised in the highest of Jewish Traditions, Jewish Faith, Jewish acts of kindness and above all a huge attachment to the State of Israel. I know how much both Moses and Marie worked tirelessly to mantain our Sephardic Traditions succeeding beyond imagination. This hurts us deeply.
