Varadi, Magda (nee Blum) – Peacefully on March 29th, 2019 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Marcel. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Thomas and Polly Varadi, Marian Varadi and Elliot Starer. Loving grandmother of Robert and Mariana, Rena and Simon, Danielle, and the late Ashley. Doting great-grandmother of Adam, Ethan, and Amira; and Kaylee and Hamish. She will be sorely missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. The family is deeply grateful to the medical and care staff of the Assisted Living Floor at Sunrise of Thornhill for their professional, devoted, and loving care. The Shiva will be at 94 Winding Lane, Thornhill, L4J 5H9 immediately following the interment, daily from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The burial will take place at Pardes Shalom Cemetery, 10953 Dufferin St., Maple.
