I was very sorry to learn of Shirley's passing. As I am Abie's cousin we were together at many family events and had a great time together. My brother Ruby was an usher at their wedding. Shirley and Abie were respectful and considerate of my parents Jenny and Sam Baumal and my sister Rose over the years. Shirley was a remarkable and energetic lady with many interests including world-wide adventurous travels, volunteer first aid, many handicrafts, gardening (she taught us how to grow garlic!), furniture refinishing, and many others. Remembering the good years as you are, and sending my heartfelt condolences to the family.
