We are saddened to announce the passing of our dear father, Solly Borenstein, at home on Thursday, May 26th, 2022. Solly, beloved husband of Shirley of 71 years. Loving father of Leah, Marlene, and Melissa. Dear brother of Marsha Kaye and the late David Borenstein. Loved Zaidy of Talya (Oz), Rotem (Asaf), Nadav, Zohar, and Great-Zaidy of Nevo. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and close friends.

Shiva will be observed both in Israel and in Toronto. The Shiva in Toronto will be observed at 101 Regina Ave., Toronto, M6A 1R5. Shiva will commence Sunday afternoon, May 29th, at 3:00 p.m. in Toronto, and will be held daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Shiva concludes Friday morning, June 3rd. The family in Toronto has requested that all visitors be vaccinated and that masks are mandatory.
