On August 10, 2022 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Frank Oberman passed away peacefully.   

Beloved and devoted husband of Lila Oberman z’l  for 51 years and life partner of Marion Gould z’l .  Loving son of Jack and Sarah Oberman of blessed memory.  Cherished brother of Mickey Oberman z’l .  Much loved father of Allan and Deborah Oberman, Steven Oberman, Michael and Dianne Gould, and Robin and Sid Soil. Devoted grandfather of Adam and Gloria Oberman, Tara and David Resnick, Lisa and Max Hazin, Ashley Gould, Jonah Gould, Adam and Rebecca Soil, Rebecca Soil and Ethan Soil.  Treasured great grandfather of Jacob, Lucas and Jordan Oberman, Riley Resick, Cole Resnick, Andie and Kylie Hazin and Mason Soil. Forever in our hearts. 

The family will not be hosting a reception following the interment. A public Shiva will be held at 7071 Bayview Avenue, Thornhill, L3T 7Y8 on Sunday, August 14th, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral will be held at Steeles Memorial Chapel on Friday August 12, 2022 at 11:00 am. 

The family has requested that masks must be worn at the chapel and at the Shiva residence.
