It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mindla Zaidman, who passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the age of 88. Mindla was born in Miedzyrzec Podlanski, Poland on December 28, 1934. In 1957, she made Aliyah to Israel and in 2008 she joined her family in Canada. Mindla was the daughter of Haim and Shifra (nee Fogel) Rozenbaum and sister of Motl Rozenbaum. She was married to the late Mendel Zaidman and was the beloved mother to Dov, Zeev and Ilan and mother-in-law to Barbara, Katy, and Shirley. Mindla was blessed to be the Savta to Jonathan and Mindy, Michael and Amy, Danny, Maya, Tomer, Amit and Hadar Zaidman, Gal Herbst, and George Gagnidze. She was also Savta Raba to Samantha, Gabrielle, Matthew, Cassandra and Madilynn. Always putting her family first, Mindla will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and devotion to her children, grandchildren, and friends. The love she shared will live on forever in our hearts.
