Dear Shep, Jan, Howard, Stephen, Danny, Dorothy, and Families. Andrea and I are saddened to learn of Miriam's passing. I have known Miriam since I was a toddler. She was my late brother-in-law, Arny's (z"l) sister, and my sister, Muriel's (z"l) sister-in-law. As such, she was like a part of my family. I remember a very dynamic, powerful, and at times funny woman, very much in the mold of her mother Sarah, and Aunty Sylvia. Unlike many sisters-in-law, she was very much like the sister, Muriel never had. We lost track of Miriam over the last few years but we always thought of her and her sister, Dorothy. Dear Shep, Jan, Howard, Stephen, Danny and families, I am sad to hear of Miriam's passing. I will always remember her as a person who came into the room with a flourish. She would not be missed on arrival anywhere ! She was a very special friend and sister-in-law to my mother-in-law, Grace through good times and less good times. The time they spent together alone, and with Shep, was meaningful, enjoyable and important and for that, I am grateful. Wishing you all long life.
