It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Norma Katz on July 4th, 2023. Norma, beloved wife of the late Bernie, loving mother and mother-in-law of Heather and the late Dexter McGregor, Lorne and Anne Katz and Brian Katz and Mina Kosar, cherished Booby of Tammy and Bill, the late Shawn, Jacob and Chelsea, Aaron and Vanessa, treasured Great-Booby of Levi, Raphael, Benjamin, and Samuel. Predeceased by her loving siblings, Minnie, Bill, Jeanette, Sydney, Lily, Ruth and Solly. The family would like to express their gratitude to all the caregivers, nurses and staff at Baycrest Apotex, and special thanks to Dr. Jessica Cuppage and to Josephine from Mosaic Homecare for their outstanding care and compassion. Norma led her life with integrity and honesty. She had a big heart and was always concerned about the wellbeing of others. Norma was a trooper! She will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.
