We were all saddened to hear about the passing of Annie. She was loved and adored by her former TDSB LC2 psychology staff. Annie felt like the glue to our department. She cared deeply for all our colleagues and went above and beyond to help us. She loved telling us about her family, bowling group, and vacations. We all thought about her over the last few years since she retired. Annie will always be remembered and missed!

Annie was the glue that held our psychology department in TDSB together for many years. She got to know each of us as individuals, and always went out of her way to help us in any way she could. We used to lovingly joke that we knew all her secret hiding spaces for our various supplies. She will be missed and remembered for many years to come.

Annie was the heart and soul of our team at Psychological Services, Toronto District School Board. She made our office the happiest most efficient place while always smiling and being thoughtful and doing the work of 3 people. I was so sad to learn about the passing of Annie. She was a bright light for all of us in the TDSB and she was truly the glue of our whole department. Annie helped me immensely at the start of my career, which I will forever be grateful. Annie was very much someone that took people under her wing and cared and nurtured them. I am deeply saddened to learn of Annie's passing. I knew her to be a most dedicated, thoughtful, caring and generous friend. With all the time and tireless efforts she put into everything she accomplished personally and professionally, Annie went above and beyond in her labour of love, as the treasurer and parent committee member of Earl Bales Community Day Camp. I always looked forward to seeing her on Fridays for what I thought was our weekly budget meetings and she always looked forward to seeing me on Fridays for Pizza Day! She especially enjoyed coming to see the campers and staff perform their Air Band songs on Parents' Nights. Dennis, Deborah and family, with your previous years of involvement in the camp, I hope you can take comfort in knowing that Annie was invaluable to the daily operation of the camp and she will be truly missed by myself and the entire Earl Bales Camp family.

I was so sad to learn about Annie’s passing! She was the most caring and hard working OA we could ask for in the Psychology department. She developed bonds with all of the staff and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed at the office. She loved to tell stories about her family and it was apparent that she loved each of them immensely. I will always cherish my memories of Annie and am sending condolences to her loved ones.

I am so sorry to hear of Annie's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of Annie at LC2 Psychology Department at the TDSB. I was only there for a few years but I remember Annie's kind, caring, and positive demeanour from my first day. She was such a pleasure to see and interact with whenever I came to the office. She helped me so much while I was there and truly took me under her wing. It was so exciting when we realized that she bowled with my in-laws, Eliezer and Sarah Yosipovich. Condolences to Annie's family and friends. She was a warm and caring person whose involvement with Psych Services extended well beyond her professional responsibilities. She always asked about our families and shared loving stories of Dennis, Deborah and the Grandkids. She also single handedly eased our personal transition into computerized reports always assuring that what we sent out looked as professional as if she herself had done it. And there were the ever present jujubes on her desk to help us through those moments that needed sweetening. Annie will be missed and warmly remembered.

Annie was a beautiful, kind soul who put people first. Although she was never without things to do in her role at the TDSB, she always took the time to speak with us and check in on how we were doing. Her humanity was an example of the importance of remembering that all of us are people before we are employees. That lesson will stick with those of us who were fortunate to work with her. I will always have great memories of growing up around Annie, from the monthly mahjong games at my house throughout the 1990's & into the 2000's, to the ski trips our families would take together to Hidden Valley in Muskoka when Debra & I were kids, I will always remember Annie as a kind and caring woman.
