Morris Joseph Anidjar, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 89, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 13, 1935, in Tangiers, Morocco, Morris led a life rich in love, wisdom, and connection.
Morris is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Nicole, whom he married in 1971. Together, they created a family filled with love and cherished memories. He was the proud and caring father of twins Tania (married to Garreth) and Brian (married to Amy), and the doting grandfather to Maddie, Maddox, Jacob, and Maya, who were his pride and joy.
He is also survived by his sister Precy, his nieces, nephews, and extended in-law family, who brought him great happiness and with whom he shared many wonderful moments. He was predeceased by his sister Esther and his brother Max, whose memories he cherished throughout his life.
Morris had a lifelong love of learning and an inquisitive mind. An avid reader, he embraced technology and the internet, always exploring new ideas and innovations. His passion for Israel was a defining part of his life, inspiring many of his values and conversations.
He will be remembered for his gentle wisdom, warm humor, and unwavering love for his family. Morris’s legacy of kindness, intellectual curiosity, and appreciation for life’s simple joys will live on in all who knew him.
Morris will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. May his memory be a blessing.
