We are saddened to announce the passing of Joan Kurtzbard, predeceased by her parents, Harry and Bessie Kurtzbard and siblings, Jeanette Kurtzbard, Michael Kurtz, and Florence Beube.

Joan will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews and her friends and workers at the Reena Foundation where she was supported with kindness for her adult life. Joan was the most positive and sweet person you could ever meet. She had a gift of remembering every birthday or anniversary of every extended family member and wanted nothing more than to sit with you, have a tea, and ask you about your life. She was a blessing to everyone who was fortunate to know her.
