We are deeply saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Sam Borenstein on January 30, 2025 surrounded by his family.

Born in Sulejow, Poland on January 17, 1930, a holocaust survivor who was a kind, warm and welcoming man to everyone who knew him.

Beloved husband of the late Tiffy z”l,  Dedicated and loving father and father-in-law of Harold, Jack and Paula, Gail and Howard Bergman, and Howard and Miriam.

Adored Grandpa of Heidi, Jordan, Jay and Kristen, Alan and Tawni, Alexandra, Elyse and Ben, Adina, and Noam.

Predeceased by his parents Hershel and Esther, brothers Yonah and Yerachmiel and sisters Chava and Chaya.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Caroline whose compassionate care brought comfort to Sam and his family.
