We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Edith Nayman at the age of 83. Edith loved her children and was always there for them when they were growing up, lending an ear when they were hurt and offering her best advice to them. She and her husband Bernard traveled to cities across North America to enter bridge tournaments; they were so good, they became Life Masters at the game. She was an avid mah jongg and poker player, often holding games for friends at the house. Edith also loved spending time in Las Vegas, going with friends and one or both of her daughters every chance she had.

The funeral will be held on March 16, 2025. The family would like to thank Edith’s personal physician, Dr. Nasso, for always being firm but compassionate with a patient who could often stubbornly ignore his advice. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Alzheimer’s Society (https://alzheimer.ca/en) or to the Heart and Stroke Society of Canada (https://www.heartandstroke.ca/)
