Heather Pinkerton-Melrose, a beloved mother, friend, and pillar of strength, passed away on July 30, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Ontario. Born in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada on June 17, 1961, Heather’s life was a testament to love, compassion, and unwavering resilience.

Heather will be remembered for her exuberant energy, unwavering strength, and kind heart. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Jason, Brandon, and Ryan Pinkerton, and a loyal friend who opened her heart and home to the people she loved. Whether it was through a home-cooked meal, a shared laugh, or a comforting presence, Heather’s love and generosity knew no bounds.

Her absence leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her. The world is a little less bright without her in it, and she will be deeply missed.
