It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Bernard Cass, who left us peacefully and surrounded by family on February 7, 2026.

For 66 years he lovingly shared his life with his wife Marion. He was a devoted father to three daughters, Lisa (Harvey z”l, 2018), Rhonda (Paul), and Fala (Ian). Beloved Zadie to Philip, Rebecca (Jacob), Aaron, Matthew (Georgia), and Lorne. Proud great-Zadie to Miriam, Aviya, and Tzofia. Dear brother to Mindy (Jerry), and brother-in-law to Sam (Helen z”l, 2019).

Bernie always had a great story to tell to anyone who wanted to listen, with a joke never too far behind. While raising his three girls with Marion was a great joy, watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren grow was the ultimate delight in his life. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and many friends, and all whose lives he touched.
