Dear Family and Friends,

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, Jack Kudlatz.

Jack passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, warm sense of humour, unwavering love for his family, and his incredible talent as a chef who brought people together through every meal he prepared. His legacy of love, laughter, and devotion will remain with us always.

Jack was predeceased by his beloved wife, Dinky. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Rachelle and Hilary; his son-in-law, Dov; his cherished grandchildren, Shira, Gittel, Ilana, Dovid, Harrison, and Shayna; his treasured great-grandchildren, Levi, Naami, Esther, Leah, Oliver, Yonatan, and Yehudis; as well as his extended family and many dear friends.

Thank you for your love, support, prayers, and kindness during this difficult time. Your compassion means so much to our family.
