With great sadness we mourn the loss of Madeline Silberbach (Stessel), who passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026 at the age of 83. She was the devoted daughter of the late Golda Stessel z”l, who brought her from London to Canada, together with family, to build their new lives. Beloved wife of the late Jack z”l, who we lost nearly 40 years ago, but whose bond as husband & wife and father & mother never weakened. Loving mother and mother-in-law of the late Paul z”l & late Darlene z”l, Michelle & Ron Katz and Steven & Jodi. Proud and loving grandmother of Connor, Jordan, the late Evan z”l, Jace & Elias Hazan and Ethan and joyous great grandmother of Gabriel. We are truly thankful to the team at Langstaff Square Care Community that welcomed her in and took great care of her in her final years.
