Sandra Libby Dezenhouse

January 14, 1934 – September 24, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Libby Dezenhouse, who died on September 24, 2026, at 5:55 p.m., at the age of 92.

Born in Toronto, Sandra lived an amazing and fulfilling life, marked by her strength of character, resilience, and, above all, her unwavering love and devotion to her family.

Sandra adored her three daughters, Rhonda, Pam and Shayne, who were at the heart of her life. She was a deeply loved grandmother to Ally, Andrew, Jessy, Josh and Geoffrey, and a cherished great-grandmother to Sloane, Asher, Kole, Cooper and Ledger. Her family was her greatest joy, and her love for them was immeasurable.

Sandra was predeceased by her late husband, Ron Slade; her first husband, Leonard Dezenhouse; her stepmother, Nancy; her parents, Edith and Edward; and her siblings, Eleanor, Jack and Geoffrey. She is survived by her brother, Earl.

Sandra leaves behind a remarkable legacy in the generations of family who loved her. Her strength, character and fierce devotion to those she loved will live on through her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
