Raisa Kogan passed away on October 8, 2026, on her 78th birthday.

Raisa was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was deeply connected to the family she cherished.

She was the devoted wife of Eduard Kogan, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage, a lifetime of love, memories, and companionship. Together, they built a family that was the heart of her life.

Raisa was a loving mother to Yigal and Ora, and a proud grandmother to Rachel, Jenna, and Anna, who will forever hold a special place in their hearts for her.

Although Raisa’s passing brings profound sadness to those who loved her, her memory will live on through the family she leaves behind, the moments they shared, and the love that will continue to connect them.

There is something especially poignant about Raisa leaving this world on the very day she entered it 78 years ago. Her birthday will forever be a day of remembrance—a time to honour her life, reflect on the years she shared with those she loved, and celebrate the lasting place she holds in their hearts.

Raisa will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, and all those whose lives she touched.
