I remember him while I was growing up on Weatherstone and then again from our Bathurst /Lawrence area where I would bump into both Al and Shirley in the area often. I have known Al since I was a young woman that took care of many of his travel arrangements. He was such a kind and personable man that he introduced me to his daughter Elaine and we've been friends ever since.
