Ubby Spiegel passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026.
Beloved husband of Florene for 65 years. Loving father of Jana & Robert, Risa, Michael & Simone. Devoted grandfather to Jonathan & Leedan, Aaron, Dana, Robyn & Grant, Elana, Sammy, Zoe, and Nicole. Proud great-grandfather of Itay. Son of the late Moshe and Munja Spiegel. Brother of the late Gertie & Bob Black, the late Pauline & Hy Esco, Donia and the late Lou Brown. Brother-in-law of Ena and the late Stan Cord, and Susan Bramon. Loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Rosenblum and the nursing staff at NYGH for their compassionate care.
Family and friends are invited to the family home at 1201 Steeles Ave. West, Unit 402, Buzzer 184, North York on Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. On Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
