We are heartbroken to announce, in his 99th year, the passing of Allen Rosenberg on Monday September 25th, 2023 on Yom Kippur. Loving husband of 73 years to Pessie (Pauline). Devoted father of Joel & Marjie (Mindy z”l), Elliot & Judy, Howard & Karen and Miriam & Craig. Loving grandfather of Michael & Stacey, Marc & Charmaine, David & Anna, Julie, Elana & Lorne, Adam & Marley, Melissa & Jasen, Josh & Fern, Jeremy & Menuchah, Benji & Tania, Maya, Elan, Lauren. Super Zaidie to Jacob, Avery, Mac, Ruby, Beau, Sloane, Henry. Brother of Irv z”l & Lil z”l, Gert z”l & Aaron z”l, Betty & Bill z”l. Loved by many nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to his wonderful caregivers Katherine, Princess, Karen, Lydia and special caregivers at Constantia.

Al will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

Rochelle and I were so very sorry to hear of the passing of Al. He represented the best qualities that a person could have. He was a guiding light to his family and Jewish Community and we remember him especially at his beloved Beth Emeth Synagogue, Quiet and unassuming, when Al spoke people listened. I remember Allen being a friendly man who always had a cheerful smile. In recent years ,Joodi and I had the pleasure of bumping into Allen & Pessie at restaurants.
