Ann Shifra Kahn (née Bornstein), beloved wife of Milton (z”l), passed away on December 20. She was a wonderful artist in sculpture, watercolours, paint, and pottery. Cherished mother of Susan (Benny), Robert (Alice), and Linda. Adored grandmother of Ariela (Adam), Miya (Victor), Max, and Solomon. Treasured great-grandmother of Emme, Elliott and Raina. Dear sister of Rose, Janet, and Marlene. Our thanks to wonderful caregivers, Roxy, Margie, Jenny, and Victoria and to PSWs. We are also most grateful to all doctors, nurses and staff who have helped, healed, and guided Ann over the years, until her passing.

Funeral on Friday, December 22 at Steeles Memorial, 350 Steeles Ave. West, Thornhill, ON L4J 6X6, at 10:30 am. Ann had a special affinity for the colour brown. In her memory, we invite those who knew and loved her to honour her by wearing something brown.

Burial to follow at Mt Sinai Memorial Park, Pride of Israel section, 986 Wilson Ave., North York, ON M3K 1G5.

Shiva at 88 Promenade Circle, Apt 306, Thornhill, ON L4J 9A4. Visitors are welcome to the residence immediately following the burial; Saturday from 7-9 pm; Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and at 7-9 pm. Prayers at 7:30 pm.
