Dear Julia, Vika and Mark, B"H
I found Anna's name yesterday in the condolence pages of the Exodus magazine. I was in shock! Anya was such an amazing, talented and very kind and compassionate woman. Irene and I loved her dearly. I truly believed she was invincible! I thought a lot about her lately and wanted to reconnect. Alas, this will not happen. And we lived so close, yet I hadn't seen her for several years. Her loss is irreplaceable to you and to a lot of other people who knew your mother. May her memory be for a blessing for all .

Yulechka, Vika, Mark and all your families. I just found out about the passing of your mother. I am saddened beyond words. I met Ania and all of you at my most vulnerable, and she was like a mother to me. In fact she was in many ways very much like my own mother who was not with me any more.
And then she was like a guarding angel for my father, and i am sure that she prolonged his life for a few years for sure. In the last few years we drifted apart, but i never forgot her kindness, her good nature, and her invaluable help to me and my family.
She was a loving and caring person, and a very devoted mother to all of you. She was always talking about you, your accomplishments, she was very proud of her children.
This is a terrible loss, and my heart goes to all of you in this difficult times.
I regret not knowing about this earlier, as i would have paid my respects at her funeral.
Please get in touch with me if possible.
Best regards
Irene
