Marcus, Anne. Passed away peacefully on November 8, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Solly. Loving and devoted mother of Laraine and Victor, Hazel and David. Cherished grandmother of Matthew and Indira, Kathryn and Eric, Adam and Michelle, Justin, Nicole and Chris, Bonita and Matthew, Samantha and Jordan. Great-grandmother of Isaac, Thomas, Abby, Solomon, Mark, Oscar, Bryce, Benjamin, Jack, Blake, Leah, Charlie, Hannah, and Ellie. Anne will be sadly missed by her family and many friends in the community and many other countries. In lieu of shiva gifts, memorial donations may be made to the Temmy Latner Centre 416-586-8203 ext.3936 or Princess Margaret Hospital Leukemia Research Fund 416-946-6560.

Shiva Details: 5 Snowshoe Millway, Toronto, M2L 1T4. Shiva visits 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Evening prayers at 5:30 p.m.

Anne made one feel like family.... if they are Lari and Victor's dear friends, then they are mine too....that was her philosophy. Your parents moved from South Africa and made Canada home almost immediately. You and Victor did too, many years before your parents. That's why you have so many friends who love you and your family. Known to me through Kehillat Shaarei Torah and her involvement with the Shul when I was a member to the time when I would come back from time to time after moving out of the area.
