It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Ber announces her peaceful passing on Thursday August 20th, 2020 at the age of 81. Barbara will be lovingly missed by her predeceased husband Jack, her two gorgeous sons, Elliott (Julie) and Michael (Patti). Bubie to Brianna (Bela), Olivia (Andrew), Emma (Mitch), and beautiful great granddaughter Ruby. Also survived by her sister Bernice. Barbara will be forever remembered for her unique sense of humour and her continuous love and devotion to her family and friends. The family would like to express our thanks for the wonderful care given by Viva and Dr. Hamrahi.

I just read from Emma's post on FB of the passing of my favorite aunt Barbara. She was great, always supported me through my tough times growing up. I spent endless hours at their home on Robingrove. Even though I have not seen Aunt Barbara for a few years while living abroad I did get to spend a moment with her at a restaurant with my parents and Elliott. She had so much joy in her while dealing with her health conditions. I will miss you Aunty Barbara.

We were very sorry to hear of Barbara’s passing. We remember her well from living in the same condo complex and socializing with her. Barb was one of “the Maj ladies” as we were known in the condo. To the Ber family. I had the pleasure of knowing Barbara for many years. We used to play cards together and even went away to Vegas together. Barbara was such an lovely and easy person to get along with. What I remember must about Barbara is how much she adored her two boys and her grandchildren. She will be truly missed.
