It is with great sadness that we share the peaceful passing of Beatrice Lazar on Thursday, February 11^th, 2021. Beloved daughter of late Clara and Aron Leibovici, sister to late Simon Leibovici and loving wife to late Avram Lazar. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Anca Knoll, and son-in-law, Raul Knoll and by her grandchildren, Miri and Wayne Spencer, Marsha and Jared Rosenberg and five great-grandchildren, Noa, Kayla, Micah, Daniel and Gabriel. She will also be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.

Known as “Buna” by many, she will be always be known for her unconditional love for her family, her elegant style and kind heart. She was a committed grandmother and dedicated friend to all who knew her. Buna’s strength was unlike any other and she will forever be remembered as a brave woman who was so deeply loved by her friends and family. Those touched by Buna were lucky and privileged to know her. She leaves behind beautiful and fond memories.

Dear Anca, Raul, Miri and Marsha It is hard to express what I’m feeling because on one side I am relieved that Trisa is no longer in pain but, on the other side, I will miss her terribly . I used to think of her as my Mom on this side of the ocean. She never missed an opportunity to wish me all the best no matter the occasion, and many years ago she baked cookies for us to take to Sergio, in Japan. She was elegant , smart , generous, and open minded. She could operate the TV channels, and troubleshoot the technical issues like a pro. Anca did the absolute best in looking after her . Trisa’s passing is a big loss for your family; please accept our condolences! May her Rest In Peace. Mandy, and Liviu

Buna was the most wonderful woman and will be missed greatly! We feel honoured to have been apart of her life and will never forget her love and laughter while she watched all the kids play together! Dear Anca, Raul, Miri and Marsha, My sincerely condolences for Trisa. In these hard moments of sadness I am looking back at all the moments we spent together and I feel privileged to have known her. She was a strong person, sweet and understanding, ready to help anytime. She was always elegant, with her hair done a a smile on her face. I know that in the last year she was in pain and I keep thinking that now she’s not anymore. It’s a small consolation comparing to loosing her. Dear Anca and Raul, you did a great job taking care of her. I wish you strength to go through these hard moments of an eternal goodbye. She will be in our hearts forever.
