Ungar, Benjamin, after a long life on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at his home with his family by his side. Benjamin Ungar adored husband for 66 years of Margaret Ungar. Very beloved father and father-in-law of Vardina and Howard Kaiman. Cherished grandfather of Renee and Sammy, and Natalie and Gordon. He derived much nachas from his great grandchildren Sloane and Griffin. Dear brother-in-law of Helen Segev of Tel Aviv, Israel. Special thanks to Julie, Marilyn and Naricel for their loving care. A kind, gentle, idealistic man, Holocaust survivor, he will always be dearly loved and missed. A graveside service will be held at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Shiva: 22 Peveril Hill Rd, North. Toronto. Shiva visits Friday following the interment up to 3:00 p.m., Saturday after 7:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shiva will be private from Monday through Thursday.
