It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our Father and Grandfather. Berman lived a very good life and always had a positive outlook even in the face of great adversity. Beloved husband of the late Hannah Efraim. Father of Leon and Keela Efraim and Esther and Michael Filer. Amazing Zaida to Ian, Jack, Riley, Rebecca and Andrew. He will be missed.

Time of Funeral: 10:00 AM

Memorial Service Location: Steeles Memorial Chapel 350 Steeles Avenue West.

Burial Service Location: Mount Sinai Memorial Park, 986 Wilson Avenue., Toronto

Shiva Details: Shiva visitors are welcome back to the residence on Friday immediately following the burial service from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. There will be no visitation on Saturday evening. Visitors are welcome back Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Mincha/Maariv services at 7:10 pm.

To the Efraim Families: So sorry to hear of your loss of this kind and gentle man. I saw him and Hannah several times at the Pride for services and at many other functions. Your mom was a wonderful lady. She was my Vice-Present of Sisterhood 94-95. She drove to so many places with me to buy supplies for Sisterhood. I appreciated so much all her time with me in our term.
