Carol Susan Kazman (Wallace)

Peacefully passed at home on March 28th, 2019, surrounded by her family and friends. Devoted and cherished Wife of Steven, Mother of Dustin z”l and Efram (Sandy), Bubie of Jered, Noal, and Talia, Sister of Brenda z”l and Francine (Neil), and Aunt to 30 Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dr C. Pearson Lab for Myotonic Dystrophy c/o The Kazman Family Foundation at the Hospital for Sick Children 416-813-6166.

The service will be held from Chabad-Lubavitch of Markham Synagogue, 83 Green Lane, Thornhill, L3T 6K6.

The burial will take place at Pardes Shalom Cemetery, 10953 Dufferin St., Maple.

The shiva will be held at 50 Sycamore Dr., Thornhill, L3T 5V6.
