On Saturday, December 24, 2016. Beloved wife of Geza z”l. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Andrew (Marlee), and Alex (Naomi). Devoted grandmother of Rachel (David), Anna (Eric), Elianne (fiancé, Yaakov), and proud great-grandmother of Aliza. Dear daughter of Ervin z”l and Gisella z”l Fischer; dear sister of Andre z”l, Zsuzsanna z”l (Joseph z”l) Spiro, and Tibor (Kati z”l) Fischer. Lovingly remembered by her nephews, Peter and David Spiro, and their families. Deep appreciation to her caregiver, Lillian. Profound gratitude to the medical and nursing staff of Sunnybrook Health Sciences D4, under the supervision of Dr. Ayelet Kuper. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday Dec. 26^th at Steeles Memorial Chapel. Memorial donations to the Association for the Soldiers of Israel 416-783-3053 would be appreciated.

Andrew and family: I was most distressed to hear of Clara's passing. I had a lovely relationship with her not only when we were neighbours but also through the years...visiting her many times and having a loving and pleasant rapport always. I would have gone to the levia had I known but G-d willing I will get to the shiva,. She was a very intense woman and with a loving heart and a recognition for truth. She saw through people and was spot on. I'll miss her and it will be hard knowing that I won't be able to visit her again. May your memories sustain you in your grief. She loved her sons and their children and grandchildren very much. She was very proud of Rachel and Anna. May your be comforted with all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem and know no more sorrow.
