My sincere condolences. I am honoured and blessed to have known Cynthia Godfrey. I will remember Cynthia as a kind and loving grandmother-in-law, who adored her great-granddaughter. They had a special relationship, full of fun and laughter. She will be deeply missed but her memory will always be carried in our hearts.

Bubbie Cynthia you will be dearly missed. Bubbie Cynthia was a very good person, was always there for me and my younger two siblings in our childhood, and always had a zest for life and taught us many good lessons to take forward from childhood into adult life. My younger years wouldn't have been the same without Bubbie Cynthia's guidance, love, companionship and encouragement. Although you were always good to me in my childhood, I grew to appreciate you more for the special and unique person you were as I got more mature. You will be remembered forever young, and will be forever missed. With all my love, rest in peace Bubbie and thank you for all you did and were for me and my brother David and sister Zoe, and more recently for young Bella, as our loving Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Dear Godfrey Family I am saddened by the death of your Mom. Cynthia was a very wonderful person who I admired. She was very close to my brother, Morton Sheffer. I never had the opportunity to meet you because I live outside of Philadelphia. But I often met Cynthia at family simchas and at her apartment. She was always fun to be with. I join with you in missing her very much. May her memory serve as an inspiration and a source of comfort.
