Dear Feig Family, My sincerest condolences on David’s passing. We were neighbours for many years on Tarlton Court. He had a wonderful sense of humour- always with a smile. May he rest in peace.

To the family of dear David: I had the pleasure of meeting your father while I would take my children's Swatch and Roots watches in to Comoda. I later followed your father to his home, where he would meticulously work on antique gold watches for me. He took such pride in his work. David was a gem. It was my honour to know him. Our Deepest Condolences to the Feig family. Being David’s neighbour for 20 years, we built a family bond. We are lucky to share many memories together, David showed everyone love, kindness, and positivity everyday. As we look back, we think about all the laughs we shared over tea and David’s gifts. We appreciate the years of smiles, laughter and joy, may he rest in peace.

Dear Hadar and family, I have such fond childhood memories of family get togethers. David always had a gentle smile, a lovely voice, fine dance moves and a quick joke!!! May his memory be a blessing.

Dear Hadar, Leora, and Family - We were so sad to hear of David's passing. We will always remember him as a person full of life and music and humour - whom we loved very much. Being a gentile, one may wonder how David and I became such close personal friends as well as musical colleagues. Needless to say, I'm deeply distressed to learn of David's passing. As you can imagine, those of us who performed with him will no doubt be equally saddened that he's no longer with us. I used to enjoy the little Rabbi "schtick" he did on the dance floor..."Any vun here speaks French?" Ya-da Ya-da Dup Dup!" Towards the end of the musical period that David and I were a part of, he and I had several lunches together, (Kosher, of course), and he was most generous with his time, his knowledge and his humour. He always joked that I should have been born a Jew. And this is one of my most cherished memories. My father had an old wind-up pocket watch, (from the early 1920's) and none of the jewellers he took the watch to could get it to work. Well, it was of no use to me so I gave it to David for him to have as a curio. Would you believe it, he got the thing working and gave it back to me in little more than a week. And here's the most important part. David did it all AT NO CHARGE!!! Wherever he spends eternity, he'll be most welcome. Shalom Aleichem to you David. Peace be with you forevermore.

David was my heart. He supported me when there were tough times and was generous in an inconpicuous way. He had wisdom as as my colleague in music and we had joy in performing. Music was his passion from childhood living in a restrictive regime. Life in Israel was the destination for freedom. He was a unique watchmaker and rarely sought payment from friends. When my babies were young, he provided transportation in his truck to musical jobs. If there is a better place beyond life on earth, he is there, well again and performing as a drummer and leader. His life will continue in our hearts. Rest in peace with love and laughter in heaven.

Rest in peace dear Uncle Dudy! I will always remeber you and you joy of life!

My condolences to the Feig family on the loss of a great man. I will all remember the fun times I had with David over the years with meeting him for dinner, walks in the mall and of course all the times he picked on me and harrassed me but i new that it was his way of showing me he really liked and care for me and would do just about anything to hellp me or anyone else for that matter. David you will be sadlly missed and remember as one the best individual's I have ever met. May you rest in peace!!!!.
