Spring, David Harrold. Peacefully at Toronto General Hospital, Saturday, August 27, 2016, surrounded by his family: wife, Jasmine, former wife, Lyba, son, Jonas, wife, Des, daughter, Sarah, partner, Frederic, brother, Howard and sister-in-law, Shelley; of complications due to cancer. Mourned by brother, Paul, sister-in-law, Mary, granddaughter, Samantha and his beloved nieces and nephews. Longtime Professor of Mathematics at York University’s Glendon College, well respected by his colleagues. Many thanks to the compassionate staff at TGH ICU.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Steeles Memorial Chapel, 350 Steeles Ave. West, Thornhill.
