Debbie, passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2024. Loving wife of the late Larry Salsberg z”l. Devoted mother of Julie, Pam z”l and Robbie z”l. Adoring grandmother of Joshua, Robin and Laura and proud great grandmother of Shyla, Bree, Asher and Wesley.

Debbie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Debbie was always a very elegant and classy lady. I will always remember her and her late husband Larry who lived on Robingrove Road in Willowdale. I was close with their daughter Pam (a”h), and spent a lot of time at their home growing up in our early teens. It was a special, innocent time in the’70’s. I spoke to Debbie at various family gatherings and she kvelled with such pride of her children, grandchildren and great grand children. Rest in peace, dear Debbie. Baruch Dayan HaEmes.

My sincerest condolences of the loss of your dear mother/grandmother/ggrandmother. Debbie and I were members and volunteers of the same evening chapter of Toronto’s National Council of Jewish Women. We worked well together and became close friends. I moved with my family to California 47 years ago and for a while, we continued to keep in touch. We enjoyed seeing each other on our visits back to Toronto. I have very fond memories and I know that the memories you have of Debbie will be for a blessing, helping you and your family through this difficult journey.
