Edith Monson (nee Bogomolny) passed peacefully on Monday September 11th 2017. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Monson z”l, sister to Nancy (Sydney) Levine and Hersh (Judy) Bromley.  Mother of Marc, Deborah (Rabbi Asher Vale), Rebecca (Alan Simpson), Joel (Rochelle) and predeceased by her son Michael z”l in 2016. She was adored by her 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mom spread her light and joy far and wide — from a stranger on the street, to a casual acquaintance and, of course, to those nearest and dearest to her. Her zest for life, her positive upbeat nature, and her unquenchable desire to always be her best self were just a few of so many superlative traits she embodied. She taught by example. The world has lost a great light.  She will be deeply missed.
