Our most heartfelt condolences to the Vaknin Family on the passing of Eli, may you find comfort and solace, and may G-d hold you in the palm of his hand during this heartbreaking time..i have many fond memories of Eli from 20 years ago when my daughter was living with your family, to which i owe a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid but we also will never forget...May he rest in eternal peace, Baruch Dayan HaEmet and may you find comfort among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem...Rosalind and Steve Addley and family

To the entire Vaknin family; I am so terribly sorry to hear about the loss of Eli. My heart breaks with sadness and devastation. I had the honor of knowing and loving Eli a long time. It was 23 years ago we met and at the same time you took care of me. I got some of the best years of Eli's life. And for that I am truly thankful. I loved Eli and you all with all my heart. And I tremendously sorry and hurt to hear he has passed away.

Faith is what makes us truly alive Pushing our mortal soul forward Finding somewhere with in our skin An eternal reality I could'nt touch it and everything I could; I knew like this dream I breathed Would not last It was freedom; I was no longer bound by skin Or walls, He spoke to my heart and I know it will forever be his home Preparing me for eternity I long to feel every moment My feet touch this earth That I may truly feel alive -Dedicated to Eli Vaknin

Please this is a poem written by someone who loved Eli very much. If love would come to me If the Lord would bend fortune For the sake of love so pure That for it we would lay down our Lives for no one has known a greater Love than this than our King Sweet love let me leave with you Upon first hearing of the lark Leave upon a prayer that Juliet lacked That God might have mercy and Send angels as we flee to guard us From dark angels of sorrow, Placing hope in our hearts For us to forever live by faith and Love alone Admonishing all grief I've ever Felt when the darkness in me Lost hope of finding you, Peace my love peace please Hear my song and find me For the first time I've heard the lark Until then I am your nightingale singing -Dedicated to Eli Vaknin
