my heart aches. Ester was a true friend to our family. the grunhut family got to know her from israel. I considered Ester as a mother to me and most of all she trusted me to look after her sons. I will miss you .

Dear Dov and Hersch, I was so saddened to hear of the passing of your dear mother Esther. I only have fond memories of your mother and father Joe from my early childhood and as they were such good friends of my parents, Aharon and Yona. I remember seeing them and speaking with them at all my parents parties and at all our family simchas. Your mother will always have a special place in my heart as one of my mothers' oldest and dearest friends. My condolences to both of you. Dear Dov and Harold, it's hard to accept that Esther is gone, that a lifetime has passed so quickly. She was an amazing woman, strong and independent, even when times were tough. She was a devoted mother, you two were everything to her. She was an amazing aunt, I loved our times together and I will miss her. I hope all the good memories will sustain you when you are thinking of your beloved mother.
