Peacefully on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, having just celebrated her ninetieth birthday days prior with her family on Zoom. She moved to Toronto from Montreal in 2017 to be near her daughter, Jody Markow, who lovingly cared for her while living at The Apotex – Baycrest Centre for the Aged.

Felice was raised in Dorchester, Massachusetts with her twin brothers Bill and Lee Miller. Her parents, the late Marcia Joffe Miller, born in Lithuania, and the late Jack Miller, born in Latvia. They migrated to the United States in the early 1920’s and married in 1930. Felice married Photographer Jack Markow in 1956. Jack’s family migrated from Poland to Montreal where Jack was raised, and Felice and Jack raised their two children, Jody and Monty.
After raising her children, Felice worked for the Canadian Marconi in Montreal for many years. She loved music and was a gifted pianist. Before CD’s, she would play for exercise and ballet classes, and played for community musicals. Felice loved to travel, especially on the water, cruising all over the world. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 45 years, and survived by her children Jody and Monty, his wife Gail Edgerly, her brother Lee Miller and his wife Lois, her late brother Bill’s wife, Ellen Miller, 11 nieces and nephews, 6 grand nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
