Ferne Kappy (nee Silberstein), passed away Thursday evening, after seventy-nine (79) full years.

Her legacy shined through her husband of fifty- three (53) years (Joseph Kappy z”l), her sons and daughter-in-law (Jonathon and Danielle, Andrew and bonnie), her sister (Esther Kay) and the absolute pride she took in her grand-children (Lily, Jamie, Maya, Abby and Benji).

Ferne will be lovingly remembered as genuine, loyal and self-less. An adventurous cook/baker, stylish dresser and avid exerciser. She will be missed and remembered by many.

Memorial donations may be made to the Jewish Family & Child Services, for whom she worked for twenty -five (25) years.

Family will greet visitors following the service at 577 Old Orchard Grove Toronto until 9:00pm. Then Monday –
Thursday 1:00pm-4pm 7:00pm-9:00pm
