Passed away peacefully on January 13, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Debbie. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Linda and Marv Zysman, and Tammy Shapiro. Cherished grandfather of Hailey (Leonard), Shauna, Ryan (Shelby), and Kevin. Proud great-granfather of Jake, Mila, Liam, and Aurelia. He will be sadly missed and remembered by all his family and friends.

Being a friend of Tammy’s back in the day, and a long standing family member of Maple Downs I was lucky to have known Frank and had many conversations over the years. He was always gracious with his time and wit. I will always remember him as a wonderful human being. I am sure he will live on through the family he has left and the people he touched.

To the Risman Families: I moved in to Sunrise Retirement Home a little over 5 years ago and was so happy to see Frankie and Phyllis living here. We sat together for every meal and re-acquainted with stories of the "old" days. I originally met Frankie when he was a teen-ager and we had a lot of fun with a group from B'nai B'rith. The years have run away---he worked hard and accomplishments are many. I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends--but never forgotten.
