It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Frederick Arthur Fleishman. (Fred).

He was born on December 24, 1942 and passed away suddently on April 8, 2023 in Toronto. His parents were Sam and Doris Fleishman. Fred is survived by his children Jay Fleishman, Michelle Winter Fleishman, son- in- law David Winter and two dear grandchildren Samueal and Ephram and his sister Rosalie Moscoe and brother -in-law Raymond Moscoe. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.

Most of his life Fred worked as a salesman selling furniture, carpets and draperies. Also he performed some comedy shows, which was easy for him as he joked with everyone. He often turned difficult times into fun times. Fred lived in Toronto his whole life and he loved the city. In his later years he could be seen at Yorkville or Second Cup at Lawrence Plaza schmoozing with friends. He loved the Blue Jays and enjoyed watching the games. His passion was listening to mjusic at various places in the city and also listened to his great record collection at home consisting of music by Frank Sinatra or jazz and pop music. He will be sorely missed by his family and those he touched with his humour.
