With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we remember Gregory Koufman, a truly wonderful man, a devoted father, and a fantastic grandfather whose life was defined by love, strength, and unwavering dedication to his family.
Gregory was the beloved husband of Ida Koufman, with whom he shared a lifetime of partnership, resilience, and deep devotion. Together they built a home filled with warmth, tradition, and compassion. He is survived by his cherished son, Sheldon Koufman; his beloved daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Robert Kotoviets; and his four adored grandsons, Jonah, Oliver, Asher, and Ely, who were the light of his life and the source of his greatest pride.
Gregory’s love for his family was steadfast and unconditional. As a father, he offered wisdom, guidance, and quiet strength. As a grandfather, he gave boundless affection, encouragement, and joy. His grandchildren will forever carry with them the lessons he taught, the stories he shared, and the example he set through his integrity, kindness, and generosity.
He was a man of deep character — thoughtful, compassionate, and principled. Gregory had a remarkable ability to make those around him feel valued and supported. Whether through gentle advice, a reassuring presence, or a warm smile, he left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his legacy lives on in the family he nurtured and the values he instilled. The love he gave so freely continues to bind his family together, guiding them forward with strength and unity. His memory will forever be a blessing — a source of comfort, inspiration, and enduring pride.
