Green, Hedy. Passed away on April 6, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Carl. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Neil and Connie Green. Cherished grandmother of Kim and Willie, and Tyson. Proud great-grandmother of five. She will be sadly missed by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Sinai Cemetery, Beth Radom section. Memorial donations may be made to the Hill House Hospice (905) 737-9308.

Marilyn Sadowski Goldstein

What can I say about Auntie Hedy. She was a true lady, and a real fighter. Most Saturday's Marla and I would go visit her or we would take her out for lunch and she loved every minute of it. She took me in as family and I felt the same way. Lots of love and respect for one another. Hedy is now RIP... with Carl but then their is Alice. What great memories we had when they were living together which will always be in our hearts. I love you and will miss our girl talks we had with Marla and we always had a good laugh. RIP Auntie Hedy xoo

We write this with great sorrow and much love. We are so, so saddened by the loss of our beloved Hedy. She was not only our cousin, but a very special person.. She was a very elegant lady, and also warm, kind, caring, and compassionate.- beautiful inside and out. We will always remember how caring she was, to her late in-laws, our aunt Toby and uncle Izzy Green. They considered her a daughter. Also she was most caring to our late aunt and her cousin Alice Goldman, and of course to her son Neil and her beloved late husband Carl. May all of your cherished memories help to sustain you during this difficult time, and in the days ahead. Hedy will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace. Marilyn and Phil Seltzer

Please allow me to extend my heartfelt sympathy to Hedy's family. Hedy was a very special person, kind hearted and ready to lend a helping hand. As she herself said, " I have had a full life and it is time for me to rest." Farewell Hedy, you will be sorely missed.
